Top notes of bergamot and grassy vetiver give this fragrance a green aura. As the citrus opening fades, rich earthy notes of tree moss, juniper and rosewood stand out over the complex and sexy base of black pepper, warm suede and tonka followed by subtle hints of smoky resin.
 
The fragrance is bright, but also somehow deep, dark and mysterious. You can see why we thought it perfectly paired with Type O Negative and Peter Steele.

I love this candle. It's very masculine but has such an animalistic scent that I can't resist. I need a boyfriend that smells like this in my life, for now I will settle for the candle.

a very unique scent

This kind of reminds me of Tom Ford Oud Wood with the rosewood and oud notes but a more interesting blend because of the citrus. It's more green, like a smoky oak moss. I love it and highly recommend it :)

Absolutely divine.

If I met someone who smelled like this candle in a bar, I'd do some sketchy shit to go home with him. It starts off very mysterious, sexy, and masculine; the good kind of masculine; and then finishes with the softest of floral scents that just lingers in your nose. It pulls you in wanting to smell more. It's intoxicating and alluring without being overwhelming.

Very strong with the suede

Black No. 1 instantly drowns my thoughts with images of Peter and other great men I would love to smell while running my fingers through their hair. Hahaha! Gotta love the suede in cologne type oils. I gave this to someone I look forward to kissing and smelling often. 💃🏻
